Senior Odoo Developer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage complete

  Odoo project lifecycles

  from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Customize and configure

  Odoo modules

  across Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop new modules, reports, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Provide

  consultative support

  to clients and internal teams on best practices and optimal Odoo usage.
• Monitor and improve performance, scalability, and stability of the Odoo system.
• Manage timelines, lead project deliverables, and ensure successful deployments.
• Optionally contribute to

  front-end development

  using React or Next.js for web portals or dashboards.
• Train end-users and create documentation for functional flows and custom modules.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise editions).
• Strong proficiency in

  Python, Odoo ORM, XML, and PostgreSQL

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  all major Odoo modules

  and business process workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in

  project delivery, client communication

  , and team collaboration.
• Ability to perform

  both functional consulting

  and technical customization roles.
• Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and reporting tools.
• Exposure to

  JavaScript, HTML/CSS

  , and optionally

  React or Next.js

• Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, and deployment practices.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in client-facing roles or managing multiple Odoo projects.
• Contributions to Odoo open-source projects or community plugins.
