Job Description

We re looking for an experienced professional who has worked with the Energy industry for 2-8 years and brings hands on skills in Hydrocarbon Accounting / Energy Components. The person will be responsible for the growth of Business and Technology Consulting services for Oil & Gas and Renewables sector across the globe. Education Graduate / BE - B. Tech / (preferably in Energy/ Petroleum related field) MBA or a relevant Management Degree / Diploma (added advantage) Expected skills / experience The person must have deep domain expertise on Oil and Gas business, either through working with relevant companies or via services companies. Experience working on Hydrocarbon Accounting / Energy Components (EC) - Tieto experience preferred. Must be aware of data flow, migration, implementation, and testing. Must be good with Data handling (data science, analytics, insights, dashboards). Having some experience in digital transformation, strategy Strong understanding of the O&G business value-chain, operations, processes. Must know what energy transition means for the industry and the role of sustainability. Must know the business challenges and trends and should be able to translate them into implications / opportunities for a consulting / services company. Experienced in client interaction and stakeholder / people management. Business / Technology Consulting experience, preferably with a leading consulting firm. Excellent business communication and presentation skills. Brings an innovation mind-set to think of new solutions and ideas of engagement and collaboration. Work with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams with high-intensity collaboration. Track and develop deep knowledge on the Oil and Gas and Energy market and trends Develop capabilities/offerings that are relevant to client needs Author regular and differentiated points of view on hot topics that demonstrate our capabilities Independently lead and deliver projects in collaboration with senior leadership across the globe; guide team members to deliver on energy activities Drive growth of individual Oil & Gas accounts and identify and drive proactive opportunities Work with leaders on strategic planning, periodic reviews and creating/executing a roadmap Have a sharp sector and account focus - keeping a close watch on the sector engagement Bring fun and energy to the team! Good to have Must have hunger to do more, a positive attitude, fun element, and a never-ending curiosity Experience in Upstream specific tools like Petrel, Landmark, OSDU, Erwin etc.
