1-Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/ES6+
2. Expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle (schema design, optimization, complex queries, indexing)3. Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services4. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture5. Proficient in database performance tuning and query optimization6. Hands-on experience with error handling, logging, and debugging in Node.js7- Knowledge of API security practices (JWT, OAuth, data validation, encryption)8- Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)9- understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles10- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions 11- Experience in system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems concepts12- Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize complex backend workflows under high-load scenarios13- Proficiency in Git with collaborative branching and release strategies.
