Role Overview

Lead workflow automation - automating critical procedures for users using NewGen BPM platform, integrated with enterprise systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop

    complex workflows (15-20 steps each) using NewGen OmniFlow

  • Design

    digital forms with Arabic/English support and offline capability

  • Integrate

    with SAP, IBM Maximo, EMS, and 8 other systems via REST/SOAP APIs

  • Configure

    business rules, approvals, escalations, and role-based access

  • Optimize

    platform for 1000+ concurrent users with 2-second response time



Essential Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years

    BPM/workflow development

  • 3+ years

    hands-on NewGen platform

  • 2+ NewGen implementations

    delivered successfully
  • Enterprise integration experience

Technical Skills

  • NewGen

    : OmniFlow, OmniDocs, BPM Studio, Business Rules Engine

  • Workflow

    : BPMN 2.0, complex patterns (parallel, conditional, loops)

  • Integration

    : REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Data transformation

  • Database

    : SQL Server, Oracle, performance tuning

  • Languages

    : English (Required),
