Job Description

As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security of clients" systems. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting regular assessments of deployed security solutions to identify vulnerabilities - Recommending and implementing enhancements based on your findings - Monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems efficiently - Reviewing client requests or tickets and resolving them without breaching SLAs - Providing second-line support for incidents and requests with medium complexity - Contributing to or supporting project work as needed - Installing, configuring, and maintaining EPP, EDR, HIPS, and Anti-APT solutions - Recording, tracking, and documenting the request problem-solving process - Analyzing and fixing risk and scan logs - Assisting in new hire training for basic IT needs - Interacting with OEM for incident resolution To be eligible for this role, you should have: - CCNA certification - Moderate level of relevant managed services experience in handling Security Infrastructure - Knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow) - Working knowledge of ITIL processes - Experience collaborating with vendors and third parties NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
