As a Senior Network Engineer/Consultant at BitStick Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures for our clients. Your expertise in Cisco routing and switching, wireless technologies, and network security solutions will be essential in driving efficiency, productivity, and growth in the digital landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructures focusing on Cisco routing and switching technologies. - Configure and maintain wireless networks utilizing Aruba, Fortinet, Meraki, and other advanced technologies. - Conduct network assessments and audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. - Offer expert consultation on network design, architecture, and best practices to clients. - Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and enhance performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated IT solutions aligned with client business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest networking trends and technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a strong emphasis on Cisco routing and switching. - Demonstrated experience with wireless technologies and solutions, including Aruba, Fortinet, and Meraki. - Extensive knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex network issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable. - Previous experience with network security and firewall solutions is advantageous.
