Senior Network Administrator

The Network Administrator role at VARITE India Private Limited in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai requires a minimum of 10 years of experience with a budget ranging from 10 to 14 LPA. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Aruba switches and wireless solutions, as well as providing expert-level resolution for complex network issues. Your duties will also include optimizing network performance using Aruba Central and ClearPass, implementing security policies, leading network upgrade projects, and maintaining network documentation. Key responsibilities include acting as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues, diagnosing and resolving complex Wi-Fi performance and security issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, configuring and maintaining Aruba ClearPass, and implementing security best practices such as role-based access control and encryption protocols. Essential skills for this role include expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central, strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles, as well as excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
