Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

You will be working as a Senior C#.NET Developer in Newtown, Kolkata with a shift timing of 1 PM to 10 PM (hybrid). Joining our cross-functional Engineering team focused on the Individual Marketplace, you will be developing the next generation of health insurance marketplace products. Your role involves analyzing and modifying existing software, as well as developing new applications through the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, construction, testing, and deployment to meet user requirements. Your contributions will be vital in creating software that empowers customers to make informed health care decisions confidently. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#.NET. - Analyze and document existing software modules, capturing business knowledge. - Write complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval. - Implement new features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure code quality and performance. - Collaborate with front-end teams for minimal React integration. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability. - Ensure the scalability and maintainability of application architecture. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions. - Contribute to Agile/Scrum practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. - Mentor junior developers and review their code for best practices adherence. - Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and troubleshooting. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: - Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech, or MCA - Over 10 years of experience in C# (.NET Framework/Core) with strong object-oriented programming skills. - Proficiency in SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques. - Familiarity with React or Angular for building front-end components and integrating them into .NET applications. - Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services. - Solid understanding of HTTP, RESTful services, and web application architectures. - Experience in version control using Git and collaboration in multi-developer environments. - Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit) for ensuring application reliability.
