We are seeking an experienced

Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead

with hands-on expertise in modern web technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

.NET Core, React.js, AWS

, and modern DevOps practices, with the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment.

Roles Responsibilities

Analyze existing systems and applications, providing recommendations for enhancements and new developments.
Design and document high-level technical solutions and architecture flows.
Develop, test, and deploy software components ensuring quality and performance.
Lead and mentor a geographically distributed development team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Participate in release management, including preparation, build, and deployment of software to various environments.
Troubleshoot complex deployment, environment, and integration issues.
Prepare and maintain deployment and configuration scripts for dev/test/production environments.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technical objectives.

Essential Skills

Minimum
7+ years
of relevant hands-on experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of
Microservices Architecture
and design patterns.
Experience with
.NET Core, React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python
.
Proficiency in
RESTful
and
GraphQL API
development.
Experience with
databases
such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or AWS Aurora.
Expertise in
AWS cloud services
and infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with
GitHub
for source control and
GitHub Actions
for CI/CD.
Familiarity with
monitoring tools
such as Observe, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Awareness or experience in
DevOps / DevSecOps
practices.
Strong understanding of
secure coding practices
.
Exposure to
AI-powered engineering tools
like Cline and GitHub Copilot.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-management skills.

Good to Have

Awareness or experience with
BIAN architecture
.
Certification in
AWS, Azure, or DevOps
.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Contribution to open-source or community-driven projects.
