Senior .Net Developer

Designation : Sr Software Engineer / Senior Programmer

Years of Experience : 8+ years.

Location :Chennai/Bangalore

Mode : WFH

Shift Timing 12:30PM to 9:30PM

Project Role : Sr .Net developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust APIs and backend services using Python, .NET, and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Bedrock).
• Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices using GitLab for CI/CD pipelines, code management, and automation.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and self-organization within the team.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI, cloud computing, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in Python and .NET.
• Deep experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and Bedrock.
• Proven track record in API and service development, including RESTful and event-driven architectures.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices, especially using GitLab for CI/CD and automation.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization and Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and their practical application in enterprise solutions.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and working as an individual contributor.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with consuming LLM Models APIs (GenAI).
• Exposure to frontend development for rapid prototyping.
