Senior .NET Developer

As a DevSecOps Engineer with over 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our team, primarily based in Bangalore / Mumbai, working in a hybrid mode with shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM IST. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. Your main responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps while integrating security testing tools like SAST and DAST. You will conduct DevSecOps maturity assessments and guide development teams on secure coding practices, ensuring security is embedded throughout the software development life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST) into the CI/CD pipelines. - Perform DevSecOps maturity assessments and implement security controls and practices. - Act as a Security Champion for development teams and provide guidance on secure coding practices. - Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to embed security throughout the SDLC. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application layers - frontend, backend, and database. - Ensure vulnerability detection and remediation using tools such as Veracode or other SAST/DAST platforms. - Implement .NET best practices using ASP.NET Web Forms, WebAPI, WCF, Windows Services, and SQL Server. - Optimize SQL queries and design normalized, scalable databases. - Configure and manage IIS servers and application deployments. Required Skills & Experience: - 6+ years of overall experience in software development and DevSecOps. - Strong hands-on knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, .NET Framework 4.x+, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security testing tools. - Experience with WebAPI, WCF, SSRS, IIS configuration, writing high-volume queries, OOPs, .NET enterprise patterns, and Microsoft Enterprise Library. - Exposure to HTML, CSS3 with strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have: - Exposure to Agile methodology and experience in the Banking domain. - Familiarity with build and release management practices.
