Senior .NET Backend Developer

As a .NET Backend Developer, you will be a valuable member of our team in Mohali, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions using .NET technologies such as C# and ASP.NET Core. Your expertise in system architecture and enterprise-grade solutions will be crucial in ensuring the high-quality performance, scalability, and reliability of our software applications. Collaboration with front-end developers, QA specialists, and project managers will be essential to deliver top-notch software solutions. Your role will involve optimizing application performance, implementing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. Additionally, participation in code reviews and mentoring junior developers may be required to uphold coding standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules/features. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in .NET backend development with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework is essential. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database optimization techniques, and familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be advantageous. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies are desirable skills.
