Senior .NET and ReactJS Developer

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET and ReactJS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering complex software applications using .NET framework and ReactJS library. You'll work closely with our team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions. The Client is in Houston USA so must have good verbal and written communication skills. Work hrs will be 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM India time so we have some common time with Houston based team. Be able to work late as and when required by client especially in initial months to learn more about the product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop complex software applications using .NET framework (C#, (link unavailable), etc.) and ReactJS

- Lead the development of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET and ReactJS

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, (link unavailable), etc.)

- 5+ years of experience in ReactJS development

- Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, and (link unavailable)

- Proficient in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with .NET Core

- Knowledge of Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, etc.)

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)

- Certification in .NET or ReactJS

- Experience with microservices architecture
