Are you a master visual storyteller with a decade of experience in motion graphics? Do you have a keen eye for design?

We are looking for a hashtag

#SeniorMotionGraphicsDesigner to elevate our content. We make sharp, engaging videos that decode public policy, culture, and current affairs — and we're expanding our visual language.

🔖 What You'll Do 🔖

* Lead the design and execution of motion graphics across YouTube and social media formats.

* Translate scripts and narratives into compelling animated visual stories.

* Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, anchors, editors, and researchers.

* Set visual guidelines for the motion graphics style and ensure brand consistency.

* Work on tight deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy.

📌 Who You Are 📌

* 8–10 years of experience in motion graphics, preferably in digital news, media, or infotainment.

* Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.

* Strong sense of typography, colour, layout, and timing.

* Comfortable working with political, governance, and socio-cultural themes.

* Can work independently and also mentor junior designers when required.
