Senior Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphics Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative motion graphics, animations, and video content across various digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with creative directors, marketers, and content teams to develop visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will also be required to stay updated with design trends and emerging tools to bring fresh ideas to projects. Your attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing, social media, presentations, websites, and video projects. - Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, and content teams to develop visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Edit and enhance video content with motion design, typography, sound, and visual effects. - Create storyboards, style frames, and mockups to communicate design concepts. - Stay updated with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools to bring fresh ideas to projects. - Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables while meeting deadlines. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools (Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus). - Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color, and composition. - Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories. - Experience with video editing, sound design, and visual effects. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work is required. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field. - Knowledge of 3D animation, AR/VR, or interactive design. - Experience in branding and marketing campaigns.
