Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter/FlutterFlow) with at least 5 years of experience, responsible for developing cross-platform mobile applications while also shaping the architectural direction of mobile solutions. Your role will involve designing scalable and maintainable app architectures, implementing complex features, and ensuring apps meet performance and security standards. Collaboration with design, backend, and product teams will be crucial, and you will need to guide junior engineers while maintaining technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design scalable, modular mobile app solutions using Flutter and FlutterFlow - Define coding standards, architectural best practices, and design patterns - Collaborate with backend teams for efficient API integrations and data flow optimization - Drive performance tuning, security reviews, and platform scalability considerations - Lead technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and make decisions on app structure and technology stack - Mentor junior engineers, provide code reviews, and contribute to building a strong engineering culture - Ensure seamless integration of UI/UX with business logic in collaboration with design and product teams - Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, FlutterFlow, Dart, and mobile architecture Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter and Dart - Strong familiarity with FlutterFlow and low-code app development practices - Demonstrated experience in architecting and scaling mobile apps - Solid understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, Redux - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies - Strong grasp of mobile app performance optimization, caching, and offline-first design - Familiarity with app store deployment processes (iOS App Store, Google Play) - Proficiency in version control (Git) and collaborative workflows - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Additional Details: About Us: Key is reimagining professional networking by focusing on authentic relationships and meaningful connections, believing in real human connection amplified by technology but driven by people.
