Job Description

We are Hiring Senior Manager MIS | Lucknow (BPO Industry Only)

Location

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year experience as Senior Manager – MIS (on papers is mandatory)
Must have
worked in the BPO industry
Strong hands-on expertise in
MIS, reporting automation, dashboards, and data analysis
Ability to manage
MIS teams
, collaborate with cross-functional departments
Proficient in
Excel, PowerPoint, VBA/Macros, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills
Comfortable with
rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the
MIS function
across multiple BPO processes
Drive
daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting
for operations, quality, and support teams
Design and automate
dashboards & trackers
for real-time insights
Analyze trends, prepare performance reports, and support business reviews
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and customize solutions
Ensure
accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
in data reporting
Manage and mentor a team of MIS executives and analysts
Handle data audits and governance compliance
