Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Senior Microsoft Administrator responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting our infrastructure, which among other things contains Active Directory (Multi-Domain), Active Directory Federation Services, SCCM, Office 365 and Azure. The Sr. Microsoft Admin will be in a team, responsible for managing and maintaining our System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, as well as our AD landscape.

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore Delhi (NCR).

How Youll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Active Directory Multi-Domain infrastructure and Active Directory Federation Services.
• Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
• Manage software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment in SCCM
• Develop and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.
• Understanding Identity management, Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, DNS
• Troubleshooting on Roles and Services of Exchange, High availability (DAG), Public Folder Management, Messaging Policies and Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging, Permissions and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Transport Rules.
• Office 365 email administration
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Experience Youll Need:

• A bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience working with Windows Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Should have experience working with multiple IT Infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience as an SCCM-Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of SCCM architecture, deployment, and management.
• Knowledge in Technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, File Servers, RDS Servers.
• In-depth understanding and working knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange.
• Relevant certifications are desirable.
• Familiar with working in a complex, enterprise environment with multiple, global data centers in collaboration with network, applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Willing to learn new technologies
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshooting knowledge on networking and other IT infrastructure services.
