Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop

  3D mechanical designs

  for control panel enclosures, sheet metal parts, and other mechanical components.
• Prepare detailed

  fabrication and assembly drawings

  .
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure designs are

  manufacturable

  and meet quality standards.
• Modify and improve existing designs for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
  
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum

  5+ years

  of experience in 3D mechanical design.
• Proficiency in

  SolidWorks

  , AutoCAD, or similar 3D design software.
• Experience in

  sheet metal design

  preferred; furniture design 3D experience will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and tolerances.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for

  sheet metal & fabrication

  .
• Exposure to

  product development

  from concept to production.
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking.
