Job Description: Drafting and detailing for the project layouts and drawings Understand the inputs & requirements of the projects, Plan for the drawing work, Prepare detailed layouts, Interact with consultant/ customer as required. Prepare Bill of quantities to match the layouts of ducting, piping, cabling and cable trays. Quality aspects should be ensured in the drawing work. Site visits as required to collect inputs or for As-built drawing work. Communicate with consultant or customers for drawing approvals.
Desired Candidate Profile: Experience in HVAC/ MEP or related project work is desirable. Auto Cadd/ drafting work Proficient latest version Technically competent to handle independently. Site exposure to visualize the arrangement and system design Proficient in detailing for Ducting, Piping and supports. Well versed in Reading/ understanding the input architectural/ civil drawings and Suppliers Equipment GAs and interface Awareness about site Installation requirements to be captured in the drawing work. Desirable to know about the Drawing technical standards and good practices. Position 1 Senior person with 3-D Revit experience preferred.
