Senior MDM Specialist Microsoft Intune (L3 Support)

As a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist with 10 years of experience in Microsoft Intune, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting, policy design, and strategic implementation of mobile and endpoint management solutions across the enterprise. Your role will involve managing device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing L3 support for Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies - Designing, implementing, and maintaining Intune policies - Troubleshooting complex issues related to device configuration, app deployment, and user access - Collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure device management - Monitoring and optimizing Intune performance, reporting, and analytics - Leading Intune migration projects and contributing to enterprise mobility strategy - Documenting technical procedures, configurations, and best practices - Mentoring L1 and L2 support teams and providing knowledge transfer In addition to your expertise in Microsoft Intune, you should have experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager SCCM integration, co-management, and familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential for this role. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate would be a plus. Preferred skills include experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, JAMF, Microsoft Security Essentials, iOS development platform, and other leading MDM products. Your in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in MDM, EMM, and Intune will be critical in ensuring the effective management of mobile devices and endpoints within the organization.,
