Senior MDM Specialist Microsoft Intune

As an experienced and highly skilled Mobile Device Management MDM Specialist with 10 years of expertise in Microsoft Intune, you will be joining our IT Infrastructure team. Your role will focus on advanced troubleshooting, policy design, and strategic implementation of mobile and endpoint management solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L3 support for Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies. - Design, implement, and maintain Intune policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices. - Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment. - Troubleshoot complex issues related to device configuration, app deployment, and user access. - Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant device management. - Monitor and optimize Intune performance reporting and analytics. - Lead Intune migration projects and contribute to enterprise mobility strategy. - Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices. - Mentor L1 and L2 support teams and provide knowledge transfer. Qualifications Required: - 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in MDM EMM using Microsoft Intune. - Knowledge of JAMF and other leading MDM products will be considered an added advantage. - Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager SCCM integration and co-management. - Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate are a plus.
