About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven individual to lead visual storytelling at the intersection of marketing and design. As a Senior Marketing Executive (Creative & Visual), you'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives using both traditional and AI-powered tools, aligned with business objectives across brand and performance campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Visual Direction: Translate marketing objectives into effective visual content strategies. Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand moments. Partner with the content and paid media teams to ensure creative alignment across platforms. AI-Led Visual Creation: Create stunning visuals using AI tools like VEO2, ChatGPT (image generation), Mid-journey, Dall•E, etc. Stay ahead of creative tech trends and continuously experiment with new tools. Build reusable AI workflows for rapid visual content creation. Design Execution: Design high-quality assets for social media, website, emailers, and performance ads. Use Canva for collaborative design and rapid execution. Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Creative Research & Mood-boarding: Conduct competitive visual benchmarking and create moodboards for campaigns. Ideate on campaign hooks, visual themes, and storytelling formats. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, strategy, and performance teams to co-own campaign delivery. Support internal decks, case studies, and visual formats for pitches. Requirements: 24 years of experience in visual design, content marketing, or campaign strategy. Strong command over Canva and experience with AI tools like VEO2, Midjourney, or DALL•E. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and storytelling. Experience crafting digital-first creatives across multiple formats (static, video, reels). Familiarity with paid media requirements (ratios, file types, thumb-stopping creative hooks). A proactive mindset with the ability to balance creativity and execution speed.
