Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Marketing Analyst: Web Development at Attentive.ai, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of web development to promote the B2B SaaS products - Beam AI and Automeasure. Your role will involve working closely with the marketing team to improve traffic, CTR, conversion metrics, and deliver projects aligned with wireframes and design guidelines. You will report to the Head of Marketing and play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and others. - Develop and maintain the entire website, including sitemap, bug fixes, and new feature implementations. - Create new webpages such as landing pages, listing pages, and feature pages in alignment with wireframes and design guidelines. - Build webpages on Webflow CMS and possess working knowledge of front-end and/or backend frameworks. - Ensure the website is 100% responsive for both desktop and mobile, optimizing all pages for speed, performance, and core web vitals. - Collaborate with the SEO and Paid Marketing teams to increase traffic by 50% and improve the conversion rate to 10%. - Understand the audience's perspective and create engaging webpages with storytelling elements. - Track performance metrics, optimize based on insights, and aim for a 20% improvement in CTR and scroll depth q-o-q. - Conduct A/B testing on messaging and promotional strategies to enhance webpage performance. - Maintain website accessibility and security to safeguard sensitive data and user information. - Identify and resolve technical glitches proactively to ensure the website's proper functionality. - Preferably have knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, along with familiarity with tools like Hubspot and Google Tag Manager. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in web development within high-performing marketing teams, preferably in startups or B2B SaaS organizations. - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements. - Effective time management skills to meet deadlines for multiple projects. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in alignment with various departments. - Strong communication skills with the capability to convey complex ideas clearly. - Experience in marketing to US-based companies is a plus.,
