Senior Manager/AGM-IT

Role & responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure & Networking Data centers, virtualization, servers, storage, and enterprise IT operations.

- Azure Cloud expertise (administration, architecture, governance, and security).

- Information Security & Compliance ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2.

- Proficiency with GRC, SIEM, DLP, IAM, Endpoint Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management.

- Strong exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and IT risk frameworks.

- ITSM platforms (ServiceNow / ManageEngine / Jira Service Desk).

- Vendor & Cost Management.

IT Infrastructure Leadership:

- Manage IT operations across data centers, networks, Azure Cloud, and end-user support.

- Develop and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives aligned with Centaur Billings growth.

- Drive automation, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud adoption.

- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology investments.

Information Security & Compliance:

- Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO 27001.

- Lead and support internal, client, and external IT/security audits.

- Oversee data privacy, risk management, and cyber defense measures.

- Maintain and regularly test Incident Response, DR, and BCP plans.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT & InfoSec teams.

- Foster a security-first and innovation-driven culture.

- Collaborate with business, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless support for RCM processes.

- Represent IT & InfoSec in client meetings, reviews, and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.

- At least 7+ years in leadership roles managing both Infrastructure and Information Security.

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Architect Expert; AWS Solutions Architect (desirable).

- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.

- ITIL v4 certification.

- Healthcare-specific certifications (e.g., CHPS Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security) preferred.
