Senior Manager - Web Operations

As a Senior Manager, Web Operations at Genpact, your role will involve overseeing the strategy, development, maintenance, and optimization of Genpact.com. You will need hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure user-friendly websites optimized for search engines and aligned with business goals. Your contribution will be crucial in the website refresh and replatform from Craft CMS to Adobe AEM foundation. **Responsibilities:** - **CMS Platform Management:** - Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Genpact.com, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Help steer the replatform and refresh of Genpact.COM from Craft to AEM CMS. - Manage AEM templates, components, workflows, folder structure, and other system configurations to meet business needs. - Direct technical resources for integrating the website CMS platform with other systems and tools. - **Content Management:** - Partner with Content Marketing to develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Genpact's brand positioning and business goals. - Establish and enforce content processes and governance, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines. - Oversee all content publishing/authoring via the CMS platform in alignment with the brand. - Provide training and support to content authors and stakeholders on AEM best practices. - **User Experience And Optimization:** - Utilize Google Analytics, VWO (heatmaps), and other tools to monitor site performance and user behavior for data-driven decisions. - Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with the SEO Leader. - Ensure adherence to UX/UI best practices for a seamless and engaging user experience. - **Project Management:** - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all operational web projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. - Manage relationships with website developers and third parties to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. - Oversee QA processes for thorough testing before going live. - **Technical Oversight & Security:** - Manage technical aspects including hosting, domain management, and integrations with other systems or APIs. - Ensure website architecture is robust, scalable, and secure while staying updated with emerging web technologies. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and standards. - Oversee website security protocols to protect against cyber threats. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - Prior experience in web development or management, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role. - Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and proficiency in content management systems. - Proficient in web development technologies and front-end frameworks. **Preferred Qualifications / Skills:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex web projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools. - Experience with web analytics tools.,
