Senior Manager UK Payroll

As a vital member of our team in Chennai, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK clients. Your role will encompass handling end-to-end processes for existing clients, as well as onboarding new clients. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive training and guidance to other team members and collaborating closely with colleagues and clients in the UK while overseeing teams in India. Your principal responsibilities will include: - Oversight and Implementation - Manage client expectations and ensure the smooth alignment of client processes with company systems. - Identify functionality gaps and provide suitable solutions. - Coordinate client onboarding implementations with colleagues in the UK. - Ensure adherence to deadlines and deliver high-quality service. - Customer Service Excellence - Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to email queries and calls. - Cultivate strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. - Maintain client satisfaction through effective problem-solving, efficient issue resolution, and handling escalations. - Stay up-to-date with legislation and compliance changes. - Propose methods for process automation and improvement to enhance response times. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions for team members and new recruits. You will develop and update materials to facilitate effective knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Management: Some level of change management experience. - Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills. - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Advantage: Understanding of accounting principles would be a distinct advantage.
