Job Description

As a Senior Manager: IT Infrastructure & Networks: Strategy & Business Development at EY, you will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives in the IT Infrastructure, Networks & EUC domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within a specific region. - Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure regional market penetration and growth. - Engaging with regional Partner firms to understand their business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions that align with our service offerings. - Communicating effectively the value proposition through proposals and presentations, ensuring a clear understanding of our services" benefits. - Analyzing regional market trends and competitive dynamics, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and sales tactics. - Proactively identifying new business opportunities in emerging markets and adapting strategies to respond to market shifts and new product developments. - Actively engaging in deal pursuits, negotiations, and assisting Partners in closing deals with customers, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer. - Liaising with the technical team to guarantee successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Offering strategic feedback to practice leadership regarding market intelligence, potential threats, customer feedback, and opportunities for delivering greater value. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field. - MBA or Masters degree from reputed institutes like IIMs, ISB etc. - Around 12-15 years of experience in technical business development & sales with a preference for IT services. - Good technical experience in IT infrastructure, Network and Cloud services. - Experience in selling IT advisory and consulting services. - Experience in developing IT Consulting Services business deals valued at $20 million to $100 million. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence & interact at the executive and C-level. - Strong negotiation skills and a history of successful contract closures. - Experience in creating client-focused solutions that are both differentiated and achievable.
