Senior Manager - Strategy & Analytics

As a Senior Manager in Strategy & Analytics at this CK Birla Group Unit, a USD 2.8 billion conglomerate specializing in Earthmoving Equipment, Mining Trucks, Loaders & Dumpers, your role involves working closely with the strategy team in business planning and business performance analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports to derive actionable insights. Your duties will also include gathering inputs from vertical heads and regional teams on business performance, challenges, strategies, and initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze data on various financial and operational metrics, monitor trends in the construction and mining industry to identify growth opportunities, and support CXOs in decision-making processes based on business performance, strategic goals, field inputs, and industry trends. You will also be involved in analyzing new business proposals for the company, collaborating with the brand team on agreed strategies as per the annual business plan, coordinating with the Group office on strategic initiatives, and working on ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects for the company's group. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/B.E. + MBA (Or Equivalent) from Indian Institute of Management Desired Experience: - 5 to 7 years of overall experience and at least 2-3 years post MBA - Prior experience in financial planning and business performance - Exposure to the construction/automobile/aftermarket industry (will be an added advantage) - Ability to quickly analyze data and deliver results within tight deadlines Please note that the salary slab for this position is 25 to 40 LPA.,
