Senior Manager sales

You will be responsible for generating sales volume with required margins through sales of 3ph UPS and digital software solutions, as well as storage solutions for all customer segments in the southern region targeting AP & T. Leading a team to drive sales in AP&T will also be a key aspect of your role. Building and maintaining a customer, SI, and OEM-focused network is essential to develop the UPS market effectively. Your responsibilities will include evaluating specific business opportunities for products/solutions by analyzing customer investments, providing advance information for sales revenue forecasting, and achieving annual targets through team commitment and collaboration. You will analyze upcoming projects/investments and address the needs of potential or existing customers, supporting them in cost/benefit analyses to showcase the advantages of using Eaton's products. Collaboration with sales ops, manufacturing, and quality teams will be crucial to ensure customer satisfaction. You may act as a point of contact in AP&T for solution and commercial matters, requiring a deep understanding of UPS technical features and competition updates. Completing sales and revenue-related key reporting for the total team and contributing to the development of an After Sales Service focused on customers" needs will also be part of your responsibilities. As a Senior Manager Sales - Team Lead in the Electrical and Electronics Segment, you should hold an Engineering Diploma/Degree from a reputed institution with 15-20 years of experience. Preferred skills include experience in the 3ph UPS industry, the ability to explain technical UPS solutions to end customers, and working as a partner/consultant to gain customer and team confidence. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred), effective presentation skills, and hands-on experience with MS Office are essential for this role.
