Job Title: Senior Manager - Regulatory

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Location: GIFT SEZ, Gandhinagar

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS)

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end regulatory operations including surveillance, membership, inspection, listing, and exchange compliance Monitor alert generation, investigations, and timely closure of regulatory actions Ensure adherence to SLAs, regulatory timelines, and defined processes Prepare and present MIS and regulatory reports to senior management and regulators Supervise regulatory teams and provide guidance on complex cases Track regulatory changes and ensure implementation across processes
Skills Required

Strong expertise in surveillance, investigations, and regulatory compliance In-depth knowledge of capital markets and exchange regulations Experience in regulatory reporting, MIS, and stakeholder coordination Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a highly regulated, deadline-driven environment
