Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assessment of large risk(corporate/regional), evaluation of risk features & decide for the acceptance of risks.
Application of suitable warranties & conditions
Risk selection and a healthy portfolio buildup
Assist marketing team in converting large proposals by helping the client structure a cost-effective risk management program
Monitoring of TAT and course correction if any
Managing various activities related to underwriting, product development, rise engineering, reporting etc.
Responsible for maintaining service parameters related to Property underwriting.

Preferred candidate profile

CA Freshers / MBA with Underwriting Experience

If Experienced :-Candidate must be having good understanding for Property line business (Fire, Engg, Misc products) in Indian Market
Good understanding of Property insurance underwriting and portfolio management.
Good understanding of large risks underwriting.
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience Property/Fire & Engineering Underwriting in a General Insurance Company .
