As a Senior Manager, Real Estate Services at HSBC, your role will involve ensuring that real estate is a key business enabler by delivering innovative initiatives across various areas such as Portfolio Optimisation, Workplace and Facilities Management Solutions, Retail Solutions, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Critical Facilities, Future of Work Transformation, and Risk Management. Your focus will include actively learning about ESG/Sustainable Operations to drive energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, waste management, and sustainable practices. You will also be responsible for data compilation and data-driven decision making to meet RES and Sustainable Operations targets. Your key responsibilities will include guiding local businesses in future work strategies, advising on operations and marketing of owned assets, leading workplace strategy, managing strategic business partners, driving customer-focused solutions, and ensuring Real Estate assets are effectively defended. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the Banks" Future of Work program, managing the Market property portfolio, engaging with regulators, managing internal customer experience, and driving Property Management performance. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Real Estate Services capabilities such as Workplace Experience, Future of Work Transformation, and Protective Services. You should be able to build trusted adviser relationships with key Executive stakeholders, lead and drive change effectively, and have a good understanding of ESG/Sustainable Operations. Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, financial acumen, and commerciality skills are essential for this position. Your ability to innovate, drive change, and align Real Estate Services objectives with overall Group objectives will be crucial in ensuring the success of HSBC's Real Estate Services function.
