Senior Manager - Project Planning and Execution

Job Description: As the Project Execution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects in the allocated area to ensure their timely completion. Your primary focus will be on the execution of facilities and processes to meet project timelines and technical services departmental deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct design approval meetings with stakeholders for facilities planned, ensuring input from user agencies and the planning team - Ensure facility readiness at various milestones to meet project timelines and comply with legal compliance requirements - Adhere to safety standards during facility and equipment execution - Arrange trainings for operations team on new equipment and technology - Verify MBOM, estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for cost roll up - Execute changes required for the implementation of DMLs released for current and new products - Update and release process documents for current products as per defined frequency and corrections required based on feedback - Interact with internal stakeholders such as lead project planning execution, functional & admin reporting, head of Technical Services, and other departments for progress reviews, issue resolution, and safety closure - Engage with external stakeholders including suppliers for facilities & equipment, legal compliance, and SCM/GDC for project-related works and documentation Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E/B. Tech. - Experience: 8-12 years in automobiles with expertise in machining, welding, assembly lines, paint shop, etc. - Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in technical services processes, manufacturing processes, and MS Office - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Interpersonal effectiveness and knowledge of legal compliance requirements,
