We are currently seeking a dynamic and change-inspired data manager to lead our team. **Principle Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Document all project activities and maintain comprehensive project files. - Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates. - Coordinate and lead project review meetings. - Oversee the planning and execution of various projects to ensure timely completion within budget. - Manage people, tasks, suppliers, and risk effectively. Anticipate project developments and address challenges proactively. - Engage with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations, and manage changes or updates to project scope. **Qualifications And Education Requirements:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy along with relevant certification or degree in project management. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in a project management role within a pharmaceutical R&D oriented environment.
