Your New Role:

The Senior Product Manager, Workday Integrations, will be instrumental in managing and optimizing Workday integration processes within the organization. Reporting to the Director of Workday Engineering, this role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. This position will lead a dedicated team of five direct reportsan Advanced Integrations Workday Developer, three Senior Workday Integration Developers, and a Workday Integration Developerbased in Hyderabad, focusing on effective people management and integration excellence.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 9-11 years of experience, adept at managing teams and Workday integrations. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and integration objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Integration Management (30%)

  • Lead & oversee the design, development, and implementation of Workday integration solutions to meet business needs.

  • Oversee the integration lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of integration projects.

  • Ensure integration processes are efficient, scalable

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with integration standards and best practices to maintain data integrity and security.

  • Monitor integration performance and implement improvements as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.

People Management (30%)

  • Manage and mentor a team of Workday integration developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support professional growth and development.

  • Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication to address challenges and share knowledge.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to pursue relevant certifications and training.

  • Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and integration initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units and IT teams.

  • Act as a liaison between the integration team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform integration strategies and improvements.

  • Advocate for integration solutions that align with business needs and drive value for the organization.

Operational Excellence (20%)

  • Establish and promote best practices for Workday integrations, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance integration workflows.

  • Regularly review and assess integration solutions, leveraging performance data to inform future enhancements.

  • Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing within the team to support operational continuity and scalability.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • 9-11 years of experience in Workday integrations or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing Workday integration projects and teams.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring teams in a global enterprise environment.

  • Deep understanding of Workday integration principles, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Experience with Workday and other industry-leading platforms to enable integration solutions.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide high-performing teams.

  • Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interface with executive teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Not Required but preferred experience:

  • Relevant Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Integration Certification).

  • Familiarity with media and entertainment industries or experience in a national/global organization.
