Role Overview: As a Project Execution Manager in the Technical Services department, you will be responsible for executing projects in your allocated area to ensure timely completion and delivery of all services. Your role will involve overseeing facility execution, die development, engineering change management, process documentation, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for facilities planned, ensuring input from user agencies and planning team - Ensure facility readiness at various milestones to meet project timelines - Ensure legal compliance for suppliers and service providers, including gate pass documentation for working personnel - Adhere to safety standards during execution of facilities and equipment - Prove facilities and equipment manufacturing processes to ensure delivery, quality, and timelines - Arrange trainings for operations team on new equipment and technology - Coordinate automotive skin and skin inner panel die development with suppliers and internal teams - Execute changes required for DML implementation for current and new products - Update and release process documents for current products as per defined frequency - Interact with internal stakeholders such as Head of ME/Shops, Safety, Machine Purchase, Operations Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics - Communicate with external stakeholders including suppliers, SCM, and GDC for project-related works and legal compliance Qualifications Required: - Engineering Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and new product development - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in Automobiles, including Machining, Welding, Assembly Lines, Paint Shop, TCF Shop, BIW Shop, etc. - Skills in project management, interpersonal effectiveness, decision-making, legal compliance, and technical services processes (BOM, Estimation sheets, etc.) - Proficiency in MS Office and soft skills Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
