As a Project Execution Specialist in the Technical Services department, your role will involve overseeing the timely completion of projects in the allocated area. You will be responsible for various aspects of facility execution, process proving, die development, engineering change management, and process documentation. Your interactions will be both internal with stakeholders such as Head of ME/Shops, Safety, Machine Purchase FMQ, Operations Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and external with suppliers for facilities & equipment, legal compliance, and SCM and GDC. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for facilities planned - Ensure facility readiness at various milestones for timely delivery - Adhere to legal compliance for suppliers and service providers - Execute facilities planned for projects and prove manufacturing processes - Arrange trainings for operations team on new equipment & technology - Verify MBOM, Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for Cost roll up - Coordinate automotive skin & skin inner panel die development - Execute engineering changes for current and new products - Update & release process documents for current products - Interact with internal and external stakeholders for project-related activities Qualifications Required: - Engineering Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and new product development - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in Automobiles including Machining, Welding, Assembly Lines, Paint Shop, TCF Shop, BIW Shop etc. - Skills in project management, interpersonal effectiveness, decision making, and knowledge of legal compliance requirements - Competency in MS Office, technical services processes, and understanding of BOM and Estimation sheets This role will require you to demonstrate your expertise in project execution, die development, engineering change management, and process documentation while effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.,
