Senior Manager PMO

As a Senior Manager PMO at McDonald's Global office in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to drive work stream execution and manage end-to-end details of projects, including benefit vendor set-up and actively monitoring cross-workstream dependencies. You will also be responsible for capacity planning, execution management, and cross-functional stakeholder management by acting as a key liaison with stakeholders in both the US global headquarters and the India office leadership team. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure leadership is informed of project plans, key milestones, decisions, risks, and project management principles to maintain transparency of progress. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience in optimizing project management skills in a complex global organization and hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Collaborating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the impact of change, monitoring performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, and living by McDonald's values of Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community, and Family are crucial aspects of this role.
