Senior Manager Paintshop

As a Paintshop Department member, your role involves delivering painted parts according to customer requirements with quality at a competitive cost. This includes adhering to production tonnage and productivity targets, ensuring shop floor 5'S" practices, improving the quality of painted parts, maintaining safety at the factory, enhancing employee participation in continuous improvement, managing contract employees, and controlling consumable and power costs.
