Senior Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Processes

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing planning systems, ensuring master data management, automating reporting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing training and support, ensuring data governance and compliance, monitoring performance and reporting, enhancing data visualization, documenting and managing knowledge, and managing a team of 4-6 direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize planning systems to ensure efficient and accurate operations - Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all systems - Develop and implement automation solutions for routine and ad-hoc reporting - Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to identify and address system enhancements - Proactively identify system issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions - Provide training to end-users on best practices for using planning systems and tools - Ensure data management practices comply with internal policies and industry standards - Continuously monitor the performance of planning systems and reporting tools - Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools - Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides - Manage a team of 4-6 direct reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields (Masters preferred) - Certifications in SAP APO or related SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization) - Industry Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP (optional but desirable) - Experience with SAP APO modules, SAP Master Data Management, SAP Integration Skills, Advanced Excel Skills, and data management tools - Semiconductor Industry Knowledge and Supply Chain & Production Planning Knowledge - Strong problem-solving, project management, collaboration, communication, active listening, attention to detail, and adaptability skills Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the job description.,
