1) Attending to all legal matters of the company- civil, criminal,money suit, nclt,writ etc
2)Drafting of agreements, deeds of conveyance, lease, tenancy surrender, thika tenancy etc
3) Co-ordinating and briefing Senior Advocates & Solicitor firms for legal matters
4) Looking after the legal matters of the company in Alipore, Howrah & High Court etc
5) Liasoning with KMC Authorities, ULC etc
6) Negotiating with Tenants and meeting local party people
7) Visiting and liasoning with Police
8) Land Searching- visiting different BL &LRO, LA office,registry office etc
9) Representing the company before various appropriate authorities
The company employs various legal professionals and counsels in Howrah, Alipore , High Court, BL&LRO. The job is to coordinate with them and ensure that they are working for the best interest of the company

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
