Senior Manager (L5) - Project Execution

As a Manager Project Planning & Execution at the company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely completion of projects in the allocated area. You will also be accountable for overseeing all services related to the Technical Services department for the designated region. Your role will involve executing projects, ensuring facility readiness, complying with legal requirements, and proving facilities and equipment for target deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for submitted DAP by suppliers - Ensure facility readiness at various milestones to meet project timelines - Adhere to legal compliance for suppliers and service providers - Maintain safety standards during facility and equipment execution - Arrange training for operations team on new equipment and technology - Verify MBOM, Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for Cost roll up - Execute changes required for DML implementation for current and new products - Conduct try-outs before implementation of changes and resolve issues observed - Update and release process documents for current products as per defined frequency Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E/B. Tech. - Experience: 8-12 years in end-to-end project execution in the Automobile industry - Skills: Knowledge of technical services processes, manufacturing processes, MS Office, decision-making, project management, interpersonal effectiveness, legal compliance In this role, you will need to demonstrate Tata Motors Leadership Competencies such as Customer Centricity, Developing Self and Others, Driving Execution, Leading by Example, Leading Change, and Motivating Self and Others to excel in your responsibilities.,
