Senior Manager (L5) - Project Execution

Role Overview: As a Manager Project Planning & Execution PV at our company, you will be responsible for the execution of projects in the allocated area to ensure timely completion. You will also oversee all services related to the Technical Services department in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for DAP submitted by suppliers - Ensure facility readiness at various milestones to meet project timelines - Ensure compliance with legal standards for suppliers/service providers - Adhere to safety standards during facility and equipment execution - Prove facilities/equipment and manufacturing processes for target deliverables - Organize trainings for operations team on new equipment and technology - Deliver requirements to achieve station readiness score with CFT - Verify MBOM, Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for Cost roll up Qualification Required: - Education: B.E/B. Tech. - Skills/Competencies: - Technical services processes such as BOM, Estimation sheets, etc. - Knowledge of Manufacturing processes - MS Office proficiency - Decision-making and project management skills - Interpersonal effectiveness and knowledge of legal compliance requirements - Relevant Experience: - About 8-12 years of end-to-end experience in Automobiles - Skill levels as per the special needs of the allocated area (Machining, Welding, Assembly Lines, Paint Shop, etc.) Additional Details: The purpose of this position is to ensure the timely completion of projects in the allocated area and to manage all technical services deliverables for the Technical Services department. Without someone in this position, there may be delays in project completion and a lack of oversight in technical services for the department.,
