Job Description

As a Service Sales Manager - Digital Power Solutions at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for developing Digital Power solutions business across the country. Your role includes preparing growth strategies, enabling the regional team to achieve targets, and collaborating with the Global Centre of Competence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify projects at their inception and promote Service Sales technical offerings - Coordinate with pre-sales on project business cases, develop strategies, and engage key stakeholders - Support sales targets through consistent performance focusing on customer satisfaction - Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle - Develop and implement a market-based strategy for project bidding and opportunity development - Oversee top-line growth in target industry segments and determine target pricing - Provide support to regional KA Sales teams and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders - Ensure the team is prepared to pursue and manage large project contracts - Identify and manage risks related to contract agreements and pricing - Uphold Service Sales core values of safety and integrity **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: 6+ years - Results-driven with the ability to exceed targets and improve business practices - Strategic thinker aligned with broader strategy - Strong collaboration skills to engage with teammates and facilitate cooperation - Innovative mindset to challenge norms and drive change - Ability to work effectively across cultures and facilitate intercultural interactions - External focus to address customer, partner, and market needs - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering - Skills: Negotiation, communication, power quality expertise, Power Monitoring/Energy Management software, system architecture, technical sales **Additional Company Details:** Schneider Electric values Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, and Teamwork.
