As a Cyber Security Awareness Specialist at Mashreq Bank, you play a critical role in maturing the bank's cyber security awareness program. Your primary responsibility is to foster a culture where Cybersecurity is integrated into every role to protect the Banks assets and information. You are also tasked with integrating cybersecurity awareness into the broader security strategy of the bank, ensuring a proactive and well-informed workforce that upholds the bank's commitment to data protection and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver a comprehensive Cybersecurity Training program. - Plan and execute Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns to promote cybersecurity best practices. - Advocate for cybersecurity policies and ensure adherence to best practices. - Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and report on progress to relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate a cybersecurity-conscious culture within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification preferred. - Proven experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and policies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate for cybersecurity awareness.
