Education: • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Soil Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry. • MBA in Agri-Business, Rural Management, or Marketing is preferred. Experience: • 8–12 years of proven success in institutional/B2B sales within biologicals, specialty chemicals, or advanced agri-inputs. • Strong ability to sell technical, science-backed products in a consultative sales environment. • Established relationships with fertilizer companies, large agri-corporates, and institutional buyers. • Excellent presentation, communication, and techno-commercial skills.
