Senior Manager Information Systems

Act as liaison between Product Owners, Service Owners, and delivery teams to ensure commitments are met and facilitate communication when service commitments are missed. Lead and be accountable for the Agile Product team supporting Clinical Trial Data & Analytics (CTDA), aligning efforts with business goals. Build and manage the product roadmap; drive prioritization and governance through PI (Program Increment) planning with business leadership. Oversee Build and DevOps teams for development, deployment, and operational support of CTDA capabilities. Design and implement data foundations, including interfaces, workflows, and data models to enable clinical system integration and reporting. Utilize AI/ML and cloud technologies to address Clinical Operations needs and guide the R&D software ecosystem vision. Develop, mentor, and foster a high-performing, diverse team while embedding global agile ways of working. Serve as a SAFe coach to promote Agile product delivery and Lean-Agile leadership culture. Maintain strategic leadership relationships; provide updates on services, performance, and unmet needs. Lead impact assessments for system changes and propose aligned solutions. Collaborate with global, distributed teams to ensure operational alignment in a matrixed organization. Understand collaborator workflows and information needs to define business outcomes and technology solutions. Ensure rigorous testing, compliance, and successful deployment of system integrations. Participate actively in leadership meetings to drive cross-functional collaboration and meet organizational goals. Basic Qualifications Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 10-14 years of experience OR Diploma with 14-18 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Proven experience managing technology initiatives and teams with successful innovation. Experience in people management and leading matrixed teams; passion for mentorship and culture development. Skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Spotfire. Strong business acumen with deep understanding of industry, therapy, and product. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience in pharmaceutical or technology organizations. Extensive software development lifecycle knowledge. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Broad knowledge of IS domains and layers. Familiarity with clinical trial regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ICH). Expertise in managing product Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), budgets, and forecasts. Experience leveraging AI/ML and cloud technologies for innovation and process optimization.
