Senior Manager - HR Transformation

The role of Senior Manager in HR Transformation involves delivering transformation engagements across the HR lifecycle to enhance employee experiences for all stakeholders such as recruiters, candidates, employees, managers, and HR teams. You will be responsible for responding to client RFI and RFPs to design impactful solutions and capturing business leaders" requirements to address challenges effectively. Analyzing complex people, policy, and process problems to recommend solutions by leveraging knowledge of HR operating models, processes, and technology will be a crucial aspect of the role. You will lead and participate in design workshops and feasibility discussions, demonstrating good problem-solving skills to tackle unstructured business and HR problems.
