` Job Specifications Role Designation: Financial Planning & Analysis Department: Support - CFO Function: Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Vice President Company: Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd Location: MOT Prabhadevi Job Purpose We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for the Affordable Home Loan business. The role is critical in driving financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost optimization. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, providing insights that drive growth and operational efficiency. Key Deliverables 1. Annual Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of the Annual Business Plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Develop and track key financial and operational metrics to support business growth. 2. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee monthly product profitability reporting, analyzing variances, risks, and trends. Conduct variance and profitability analysis, presenting insights to C-suite executives. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance. 3. Performance Management & Dashboarding: Design and maintain KPI dashboards for the CEO & leadership team, covering financial and non-financial metrics. Analyze product performance and customer segmentation to refine business strategies. 4. Cost Optimization & Strategic Initiatives: Work on cost efficiency projects, including credit cost analysis, operational expense management, and strategic up-tiering of customer segments. Optimize product mix and support the launch of new products to maximize profitability. 5. Branch Profitability & Business Strategy: Develop strategies to improve underperforming branches by addressing issues such as low yields and high costs. Implement measures to enhance operational efficiencies at a regional and branch level. Qualification & Experience Qualification - CA Experience : 5-8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis / Business Finance within the NBFC / Banking / Housing Finance sector
